I saw an advertisement from Dead Sea beauty and Collagenta companies (they are same company) on the internet about an anti wrinkle package including 3 creams (night, day and eye jell) and a serum. They mentioned that costumers can order a trial one at first time.in this manner, they need to pay the shipping fee only. I ordered because I supposed they would send a sample to try and if I satisfied, then I could purchase (as the word of trial means!). I sent my credit details for shipping fee ($3.95 for kit and$ 9.95 for serum separately). They sent me complete ones instead of sample and after 1 week of receiving products, I found that the company has taken $149.95 for kit and$ 148.82 for serum from my account (total amount of products), Whereas according to the company policy, apparently there was a period of 14 days allowance for testing. Unfortunately in spite of their advertising their products not only didn’t reduce wrinkles but also my face wrinkles have increased considerably and I feel my vision has become weaker within 2 weeks usage of these products, so I think it may be related to the eye jell, therefore I stopped use of them overlay. Any way, It seems that this company continues to send their products to their customers without getting any agreement or confirmation about their clients status, satisfaction or even ensure about their addresses (it may be has changed) and charged them of their accounts!
