I returned purchased unused items in their original
box to skidiscounters on novembr 10
After several emails requesting a reply, finally an email was received from eric klein on
january 12 that he has found the items that
were returned and credit will be issued the next
week. But no refund was received. So another email
was sent inquiring the refund on february 14.
Eric klein replied back on feb. 15 that they
were working on issuing the credit. Still no
refund received
After several emails again requesting the refund
eric klein finally advised that he tried to do a refund with paypay on may 7. Paypal advised him
that the time limit to perform a refund on the
original transaction has expired.
I spoke with paypal regarding eric klein's refund
transaction. Paypal confirmed refund transactions on the original records have a time limit of
45days from payment of the items.
Paypal advised me that the company can still send
the money back under a different process on
paypay
On may 7, i advised eric klein the paypal steps on how to send the money back into my account.
He replied immediately that he will take care
of it at the end of the day may 7.
To this day. 01 jun.. And after several emails
requesting the refund, eric klein has not given
back my refund.
I have a trail of emails verifying the above
situation
Can you please help me obtain my refund
