I purchased a watch from this company and I did not know that I was on a
subscription purchase of a new watch every month. When I received the second watch (2-22), I call and advised them I did not want another watch and take me off that purchase plan. On 2-25, I received a email from ecoqwatch informing me that future charges would be terminated. On 3-6, I advised that I had returned the watch about a week ago. On 3-7, another email from ecoqwatch, advising me that a "courtesy refund" was processed on 3-4 and will take about 2-5 business days to credit my account. On 3-21,17 days later, I emailed the billing dept. And advised that I have not received my refund of $49.99 into my account. On 3-25, I received this email from Mr. Winfield, in the billing dept." Regretfully, there is nothing more we can do" As of the date of this letter (3-28), I have not received a refund and they have the watch.
