Kyson USA sold us the trampoline July. The pads, mat and net were covered under a three year warranty. They began disintergrating after a year but we began contacting them after two. Kyson was no longer in business. We have emailed Prodynamo via their contact email on website but no response. We mailed a copy of our receipt and warranty card to them but have not heard anything. All we want are new pads and safety netting.
