On line I have ordered a Captain's hat. As it was going to be a birthday present, it was very important for me to have it in a reasonable time. I left telephone messages as their website is not available. Few days ago I received a email stating that i have ordered the item that will ship however the tracking of the order is not working. On their web site they claimed two or three days shipping. So far I have not received anything. I also have to mention that instead of 6 % sales tax They have charged me with 7 %My Order # 3001647 Dated 5/11
I would appreciate any help you culd give to resolve this matta
