I placed an order with Toyglobe on 22 December order no 217496. I have e-mailed on numerous occassions chasing up delivery of my order but have only received a few replies, all of which state the same "Hello. Sorry for the delay. One of your items was back ordered. Your order will be shippingout this week. You will receive it within 7 days. You will receive anemail with all the tracking info. Thanks for your patience."
I have never received the further e-mail with the tracking info. I ordered this item as a christmas present and whilst I accepted that it would not arrive before christmas, I did not anticipate that it would have taken this long to be delivered. They payment was charged to my card on 24 December. This is becoming extremely embarrassing as it is now Ferbuary and I still await a christmas present to deliver to a friend. It is also extremely frustrating as I am unable to get any comprehensive response from Toyglobe explaining exactly what the problem is. If they are unable to supply the item I ordered in good faith, I would assume they would simply make a full refund of the payments made to my card for the item and the shipping costs. I do not want to source this item elsewhere at this time without knowing for sure whether Toyglobe intend to meet their end of the deal and supply the item I ordered.
