This is the second time I've ordered directv. Both times I had confirmed my installation after placing the order, and both times the installer did not come out. Every time I've had to call them after waiting for 4 hours for the installer, just to find out that my account needs to be verified. Now I have no problem with the fact that it needs to be verified but none of the times was this communicated to me. The installer just doesn't pitch up, then I get transferred from department to department until eventually someone cal help me. This is unacceptable customer service, the worst service that I have received anywhere.
