I have a serious eye condition that prevented me from working. I requested an excused days off from work which they did, but when I needed FMLA papers filled out for my job a Manager called me back and was extremely rude. I was told, when I first handed to the receptionist that a 15 dollar fee was needed. I agreed to it, but like a half hour later a manager called saying FMLA would be filled out for one day and the rest of my days would not be granted. I could not understand this because I was granted 3 days off excused from work. The manager told me the doc said I could go back to work the next day with excruciating pain in my right eye. My eye was also swollen. I never met this lady before. She told me all I had was episciliratis and my eye was just red. I never met this lady before and it was so unprofessional. I was trying to understand why would the doc give me excused days off from work and then deny it, through someone else. The manager just told me nothing could be done for me and then hung up in my face. I was in so much pain and this was the worst service I have ever received.
