I placed and cancelled an order on the same day. My bank account has been charged the shipping charge and they will not refund my money. I live on a fixed income and am disabled. I need every penny I can get. When I called to tell them they needed to refund the shipping charges because nothing shipped n I was told it is a nonrefundable charge. I want my money back.
