We placed an online order on 9/6, then issued a cancellation request the same day. We received an email confirming the cancellation request and to expect a refund. We had not received a refund by 9/12, so we followed up with a call. The order was not cancelled and had already been shipped out, but we were told to send it back when it came in and expect a refund. When we received the packages on 9/16, we placed a call to customer service for instructions on returning the orders and receiving our refund. We were told that it would take an additional 7-10 business days, and that we were responsible for the shipping costs. The customer service agent refused to let me speak to anyone else, and it was a pretty big sign of a scam that this is all being shipped to and from a residential apartment building. When I asked what would happen if I had not received my refund within 7-10 business days of their receipt of the returned item, I was told to call back.
I have no way of knowing if I will ever get my money back. I cannot get a straight answer from any customer service agent.
