My name is Marta Zawada i was working for Mobilicity since the end of May till 15th May. I was working on part-time basis and i was receiving my pay checks every second week. Today we have 22nd May and still i haven't received my vacation pay. I was trying to contact with my manager asking about money which they owe to me but she told me that they are not paying vacation pay to employees and that at the begining when i stated working i had signed a document saying that i am not entitled to get any vacation pay. That's the company number 416-259-3654 and the name of the manager is Cindy. Store operating hours monday to friday 10 to 8, saturday 10 to 6 and sunday 12 to 5.
I truly believe that i will receive the owed amount of the vacation pay soon. Unfortunately tomorrow is my last day in Canada cause my work permit expires and i have to go back to my country.
