Hi my name is jaime muniz im an assistant manager over @05116 and i was scheduled to work this week and i have personal matters in hand and i told the store manager to put this week as a vacation week and i was denied. Ive been with the company for 1year and 7months and was told when got promoted that i have 1week vacation that i could take within 1year and i also have 64hours of sick pay. They told me i cant take it so therefore i want to take action against the store manager and district manager. I want to request that i get paid for this week as vacation pay and split the sick hours over the next 2weeks and also get transfered down to south carolina.
