Ordered the 14 day trial offer that had a 30 day money back guarantee. I had only had the product 10 days when they charged my bank account $99.00. I went back to the website to see what I had missed and you can't even get to the relevant information until you get to the credit card screen, which means you have to put all your personal information in first. I sent the product back and when I called to have them credit my account they outright lied to me. I demanded to talk to the manager and of course he was in a meeting. I did get a name (Larry Roberts) and called back the next day. I did have a USPS tracking number for the product I sent back. However, he told me I sent it to the wrong place after I had specifically called the company to make sure I sent it to the correct address (CA or NV). When I didn't have the name of the woman I talked to, then it was my fault. He first said he would refund me $20.00. I told him that was unacceptable. He then told me they had a restocking fee. I said I didn't restocking fee in anything I read and he said it was there somewhere and I don't want to take the time to go through the hassle of getting to the correct area of the website.
Don't fall for this one. I thought I was smarter than this. Guess not.
