I called them about a month ago to ask about what I had to send to them to get my money back and they said that all I had to send was the package that they sent to me back. I happened to do two accounts this way. I got an RMA number for one but the other account I was told was not going to be billed when I cancelled. Recently I was confused on what I really had to send back and called to talk to them only to find out that the account that I cancelled that I was told would not be billed was the account that in fact they did bill. But to top it all off their system convienently did not make a note that I called almost a month ago. And then to find out that the only thing I can do is to basically deal with 100 dollars being taken out of my account because magically my account got chosen for a special extended trial period. But they did not even let me know that. Plus the girl was really rude to the fact that they basically called me a liar because "I never called." Because their system is not even good enough to make sure that they take notes!!! Never again and I hope everyone gets every penny that they spent back.
