I ordered the saphire e cigarette from a pop-up ad off my computer/face-book. Was told only had to pay shipping and handling, which was the amt of 4.95. That is the amt that I had agreed with being withdrawn from my account! I checked my account statement and realized that the company had 99.67 withdrawn from my account, which causes me t overdraw and have money from my savings account transferred over to my checking!
