I like so many others signed up to try a $4.95 sample of a smokeless cigarette from Saphire E-Cigarette with my daughter-in-law. We both got and paid for the sample and she even talked with someone who said nothing would be sent or billed unless we requested it. Three week later I am checking my bank statement and see a charge for $99.67 for them. If this was a monthly charge or something, I have not received anything from them other than the first sample. Because of this unexpected deduction from my account I had 19 check bounce at a charge of $17.00 a piece for a total of $323.00 in over charges! We were told when my daughter in law called that we would not be automaticly bill and now I spoke with someone and he said there was a 30 refund policy but it was over. These people are crooks.
