On April 14 I ordered the starter kit. It arrived on April 20. On April 29 I discovered $99.67 was withdrawn from my checking account from Saphire E-Cigarette. I called the number on my checking account statement (18884976566) only to discover it is not a valid number. Through research on the internet I found a number for customer service. I called the number and was connected to a recorded message that answered calling me by my name. I was given the option to cancel or continue at a lower rate. I never had an option to speak to anyone. I cancelled. The next day I found another number on the internet. I called and was told my money could not be refunded even if I returned the product because I cancelled it. The representative argued with me and told me I had the option to speak with someone before I cancelled future shipments. This is not true. The recorded message never gave me the option to speak with anyone and I called several times before I cancelled. When I called customer service I wasn't satisfied with the man I spoke with and requested to speak with someone else. He told me I could call anytime I wanted and I would be speaking to him.
