When I called about their services I had been told they had more satellites and improvements for when it rains. The sales guys said if I had problems and lost signal when it rained just call tech support and someone would come out. Well, only have had service a few months and lost our service due to rain and then lost local channels. Still have problem and called tech support. They said they needed to send someone out and that would cost $49! What? When I took the service they neglected to mention that nor that they have a protection fee for $8 monthly! I cant cancel my service otherwise I pay a $ cancellation fee! Would never recommend them!
