On 4/1 I sent in my payment to renew my policy. When I called, all they would say is they received it late and want me to pay the late fee of $10. The only proof I have is the check is dated 4/1. Maybe the misplaced it? Or they received it late (not my fault)? They threaten to cancel the policy if I don't pay the late fee. So I don't know what to do. Please help me
