They cancelled my car insurance because my payment for my policy was 3 days late. I was not notified by certified mail. I received a check approximatley 29 days after sending in my payment. Upon contacting the company I was informed that because my payment was 3 days late they had cancelled my insurance. My insurance was due on October the 28th and she said they received it on November 1. So I was therefore cancelled for late payment.
