My daughter ordered a wedding dress on my charge card with my permission. When it arrived and she put it on, there was no way this dress was her size. It looked like the dress we ordered, but it was not the same dress, it had WAY too much cheap tulle built into the dress making it very fluffy, and none of the appliques were tacked down, there were strings and pieces of material hanging in various parts of the dress. She actually broke down in tears when she tried it on; she looked like an out of proportion clown. The top was SO huge; there was NO way it could have even been altered even if we had wanted to. It arrived on 5/16 approximately 5 pm. We had 72 hrs. To contact them to "apply" for a refund. (return policy link follows) http://www.idreamprom.com/faq_info.html? Faqs_id=33 We tried to contact them via phone Fri. Approx. 2 pm EST and it was disconnected. My daughter went to the website and did a live chat (we have a copy) and they just gave her the run around. The live chat person told her to email them and she did, and they told her there was a 24 hr. Turn around for return response – 72 hrs. On weekends, but the email response was they would get back to us in 48 hrs, which would be too late per their return policy. PLEASE HELP US! If we get a refund we will also have to pay the return postage to CHINA - where it was shipped from.
