I purchase a dress from Tidebuy, the dress arrived on the 22 March and I received the dress it did not have any tags on it, the dress was not new. The dress was the wrong size, I immediately contact there customer service through email in order for me to get a Return request, I got no response. I continue to contact them everday until the 3 April. This is there first response;

I check there reviews on there website which is a fraud to get young girls to purchase there dress, then I Google there Reviews, they all were negative but no one view them. I just don't want another young girl or women to receive this treatment, my daughter was so disappointed and no child should have to go through this after she save her money to purchase her on dress that cause her $200. Please send this out for everyone can see and not purchase a dress from TIDEBUY.com, they will take your money and there dress are all garbage. Thanks for your help.
