I emailed Watch India (as they do not have a phone number to call and their Live Assistance is now no longer available online?) 4 times in regards to my issue of Zee TV and Zee Premier channels not working. The error I get is "rendering error" for these two channels. All other channels are working fine and it is definately NOT an internet issue.
No one has got back to me, all I get is a case number, I have emailed them on their email address and used the online email submission form and no response back at all! What type of customer service is this? Not even an email back to say they are looking in to it etc. Very poor service and I am very angry as I have paid for these channels! I will not be purchasing anymore channels from Watch India and advise others to stay away.
