Order dress on 9/9 and paid additional $40 for guaranteed delivery 9/19. Dress was needed for event on 9/21. Day of event... No dress. Checked status online and said the order was still processing. They had not even shipped it. Tried to call their phone number on website... Nope... Its a fake number. Left several emails... Not returned. This company is a scam. My daughter is going to miss her event today because we trusted them. Very disappointed. I hope your website helps bring these criminals down. Ruined an innocent girls homecoming weekend.
