I purchased my wedding gown from dreamprom also it was the TOUGHEST possible error. The gown I purchased online, didn't have any beading and was suppose to become produced from cotton voile.
What reached my house was coated with inexpensive plastic iridescent drops, large plastic gold rhinestones, and of course all of this beading (that used to donot need) was not attached on precisely therefore the bead were slipping down. The lace applique was shredding and ripping down. The gown substance was cotton and was sensing of poisonous gases, cigarettes and food.
This gown cost was $225. I've been publishing for them for three months, they've provided me a great total of $28. After I stated that does not actually protect shipping the gown to come back it, they actually delivered me a photograph of the seafood!
This Is Actually The toughest possible customer support on the planet, awfully insulting and unsettling. Our wedding is 30 days aside and that I am rushing to get a gown in addition to bargaining with one of these individuals to get a return.
