I purchased a wedding dress from them and when it arrived it was in completely the wrong colour and was very, very badly made. It had loose stitching and embroidery and one side was longer than the other. The bodice was not straight and there were ugly tacks all over it. I tried really hard to reason with them and sent photographs and they kept saying that it was the correct size that I ordered even though the sizing was never an issue. I tried to get my money back and even said that I was willing to accept a much simpler replacement dress for my bridesmaid to wear instead of a refund but they kept fobbing me off saying that the dress was the right size. It is ruining my wedding plans and left me short of money and very stressed. Despite it being their bad workmanship they keep failing to offer either a refund or replacement despite numerous requests. DO NOT give them your money: C
