I purchased a new phone on 13 April after midday from Optus and I have been billed by Waala Club through Optus for $44 for a service I supposedly signed up for at 7am on the same day in South Africa when I did not even have the phone. I live in Melbourne. I do not know what Waala is, nor what service they provide, nor did I agree to receiving this service from them! This is fraudulent and we hold Waala accountable.
