I had been overseas for 6 weeks, somehow my optus cap account was over limit for 2 months, noticed there was "Content service" charges which I didn't what it was about. Rang optus, the guy told me it was Premium SMS services which I never subscribed to, and they gave me company name (waala/dada) and a contact number (1800178017). The charges started just one day before I departed overseas. I got 2-3 SMS per week and costs AUD$5/sms. The sender either from "191200" or "browser message". I have spoken to their call centre (in india?) and she suggested to send an official email to [email protected] and ask for a full refund. If i don't get a decision on refund i will refer this to Consumer Affair!!
