I received my February bill from my Mobile Phone provider which listed calls totalling $35.75 to and from a number 191200. Apparently, this number belongs to Waala Club or Dada Mobile, both of which I have no dealings with and never ever subscribed to any of their services. I started receiving regular calls on my mobile from a strange 3 digit number and, whenever I answered the ring, no one was on the phone. I tried calling the number but received no answer.
The company operating this scam is still operating because I was able to contact it at 1800 178 017. The relevant authority should be looking in to this and have it closed down.
PS: In your Terms and Conditions, I do not detect any charge applicable to your intervention. I presume that this service is "gratis". Thank you.
