Virgin Mobile customer department advised me to block all text messages text messages i was receiving from my mobile phone. I was also assured that they would also prevent this from happening again.
Although I have not been receiving any text messages I was billed £25.00 for premium text messages on my statement.
The supervisor of virgin media called Brian's (at the shift 20:30 GMT) reason for refusing to reverse the illegal charge was that I was ill advised by their department but I should contact the scam company (08452251807) to reverse the charge.
