I was having issues receiving email in my Outlook and called a phone number which I thought was Microsoft technical support. "Microsoft" said that I had 60% of my computer was corrupted and that I had a trojan horse and I needed to get it fixed right away. They referred me to their third party vendor, Microsoft recommended, ITechline who would fix my computer and install a firewall for $199.99. I went with it. Fast forward to the next day and I am still having issues with my email. I called ITechline back to help me with my email, they ended up wiping out my email and I lost hundreds of emails. I then Googled ITechline and found many similar complaints and experiences from others. I am furious.
