I attempted to order Equinox on line. I never received a confirmation email or any kind of communication (that's why I assumed it hadn't gone through) until the product was delivered to my door, that's when I checked my bank account and saw that they deducted shipping that very day out of my account. There was absolutely nothing in the box but the product. No name on the outside of box but a Sparks, Nevada address. At this point, I knew I had only 14 days to use product but did not know or remember WHEN I ordered it because there had been nothing to confirm and no where to track it. So yesterday I went searching for a number to call and I finally found a web sight and wrote to them. Three times I tried to send them an e mail to their listed customer service department and three times it stated that "the host could not be found". So I finally called them and got a man with a thick accent that I could barely understand and told him the product dried out my skin (which it does) and would like to send it back. He said that would not be possible because the 14 day trial was up, and my bank account would be charged today. I tried to explain my dilemma of not even knowing when I ordered it. He said I ordered it on the 1st. Which I was surprised about because they didn't charge me till the 6th. Ive never had a company do this before. And I feel very taken advantage of right now. He says I ordered it on the 1st, my question is... Where is the proof of that??? I certainly didn't get any. I tried to talk to a manager and he transferred me to another foreign gentleman (and i use that word lightly) He was NO gentlemen! He was more cold and rude than the first and when I asked to speak to his supervisor he said there was no one over him. I was so frustrated I hung up and then called back to get some kind of reference number so that my account wouldn't be charged again. He wouldn't give me one. I am very concerned at this point and obviously Know I've been scammed.
