The phone rep at Reservation-Desk.com never informed me that my bank account will get charged before I check in to my hotel. I called and canceled my reservation with them and they sent me a confirmation email. I checked my bank account and I was charged 68.87. This really caused a lot of issues for me, because I wrote checks to pay some bills, and because of this charge of $68.87, my bank account was overdrawn. I called and spoke to their customer service manager and complained about the charge, she said that they already processed the refund and it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 7 days to get this $68.87 credited back to my account. This is not right!!!
