Same story as everyone one else. Applied for a wonga loan in February. Decided they could (in the early hours of the morning 3:30am) so as to avoid prevention of payment decline, help them themselves to 69.99 and succeeded in pushing me over my overdraft costing me a further 25.00 in bank charges. I did not at any point authorize this payment. My details have obviously been passed on through the dirty sly system that is Payday loans and loan company's; using small loopholes in the law to justify stealing from the obviously destitute and desperate. I will be getting my money back, this is THEFT and should be dealt with in the same lawful manner as shoplifting; I cannot separate the two crimes they are identical in ethical contexts; only using the medium of the internet and avoiding data protection legislation.
