Last Chance Cash Advance
I was unknowingly enrolled and fraudulently billed for identity theft protection by applying for a payday loan. Can't get refund!

I went on www.LASTCHANCECASHADVANCE.com and applied for a payday loan to help me with some bills and I was denied the loan, but unknowingly enrolled and billed for identity theft protection. I never wished to have identity theft protection and would never sign up for anything like that! I have absolutely no fear of having my identity stolen to even sign up for protection, and I definitely wouldn't sign up for it while applying for a payday loan! I followed the steps of cancelling the protection and requesting my refund on May 27 and just found out today (June 5) that because I was the person that applied for the loan that the charge I was billed for can't and won't be refunded... I WAS DENIED A REFUND! Not only that, but I was denied the payday loan for which I originally needed! I am so disgusted right now! I have called the customer service line many times and was told that my refund request was being processed until this morning when I called, the customer representative told me that I was denied a refund. Although another payday loan compay granted me not one, but TWO payday loans (WHICH I HAVE FULLY PAYED BACK BY THE WAY!) since the day that I applied for one through lastchancecashadvance.com. Last Chance Cash Advance is a fraudulent company and need to be exposed for what they are doing to consumers because they know that everyone who applies for a loan through them will be denied and will be enrolled in and charged for identity theft protection for which he/she probably didn't even want or need! Also, why was I denied a loan through Last Chance Cash Advance and then immediately approved for a loan through another repetable payday loan company? HMMMM?! Last chance cash advance is truly a consumer's last chance to get ripped off for $31.98!!
