I signed up with RingCentral on 04/16 for fax over internet service. I applied for contract $6.95 a month for 12 months if prepay plus 30 days free trial. On April 23 they charged me for 9.89. I called and explained the deal and they said I will receive refund; which did not happened. I called today and they said my free trial was just for one week and I have to pay the fee of $9.89. I decided to cancel my account due to misrepresentation and unprofessional act of these scumbags.
