RingCentral.com entered into a partnership agreement with intent of deceit to its partners. Ripoff

Based on fact that SuperOnRamp and RingCentral entered into a partnership agreement on May 20th.

As per the contract agreement SuperOnRamp would promote, publish, and advertise 800-Works.com / RingCentral.com telecommunication services. The compensation as per the partnership agreement is 15% of all reoccurring and gross sales. SuperOnRamp has fulfilled the partnership agreement; however 800-Works.com / RingCentral.com have not. Let it be known 800-Works.com / RingCentral.com entered into a partnership agreement with intent of deceit to its partners.

1.800-works.com / RingCentral.com knowingly Emailed SuperOnRamp invalid link tags. This was not discovered until a month later after many phone calls from SuperOnRamp.

2.800-works.com / RingCentral.com willfully entered into a contract without a partner/reseller sales tracking program in place. The General Manager asked SuperOnRamp for a solution to this problem. SuperOnRamp provided 800-works.com / RingCentral.com with several out of the box solutions to resolve this issue. At this time SuperOnRamp dose not feel 800-works.com / RingCentral.com have a tracking system in place.
