Had our business phone ported from AT&T to Ringcentral on tuesday. Since then customers get message that our phone has been disconneted. Called Support and spend hours on the phone with them and they told me the problem was with AT&T for not porting it right. Called AT&T and they tested the line and error seems to be with LEVEL 3 the parent company of Ringcentral. Spend another 5 Hours on the phone with them and nothing. Today is saturday and there is nobody to help me until monday.
So Since Tuesday No phone. Some people can get through and others cannot.
One customer in a wheel chair after getting close to us called to get directions went back
home because the thinks we have shut down.
I am thinking of a small claims suit on monday.
I cannot even take my business back to AT&T because they will not release the number.
Stay away from this company.
