I was stuck in a contract that was fraudulent. When I signed for the credit card processing service, the agreement did not have the lease term date and fee on them and the sale rep promised the machine was free for us as long as we use their processing service. Nonetheless they fraudulently added the lease term and fee on it after I signed the paper without my consent. I was charged 89 per month and after numerous attempt to resolve the issue with no avail I finally had my bank blocked the transaction from them. But a year later I got a letter from their attorney stated I still owed them $3382 for breach of contract. It was a fraudulent, misleading unconstitutional contract that they amended and changed without our consent. This company needs to be shut down!
