Our remote key for our 2008 Sebring Convertable did not work we tried to use the key manually, but that didn't work either. I checked with my local mechanic and he brought up a safety recall for the 2007 and 2008 sebrings. When I went to Ferman dodge I was told by Steve the service rep. That there was no recall for front door latch cables, even though I showed him a copy. He said that I would have to pay 100 dollars for a diagnostic and whatever charges that applied. I decided to take it to my mechanic and have him fix the lock where we could use the key manually and not use the remote. I was not happy with attitude or service.
