Did not pay for masonry mixer!

Ferman Moreno came in early June and requested a line of credit to purchase a masonry mixer. After checking with Ferman's employer we released the mixer less 20% deposit.

Ferman made one additional payment in 2008. Called Ferman weekly as well as his boss. Both assured Caprock Hardscape, LTD that they would pay for the mixer.
Ferman made one more payment in June. Caprock will be filing a small claims court suit against moreno.
