late on a Sunday night. I phoned Monday, less than 24 hrs later to cancel and they claimed it had already been shipped. This is suspect. Also, when I received the wig some days later, I refused delivery as the MaxWigs Customer Service rep said to do, and took it to the local USPS branch where they returned it to the address on MaxWig's shipping label. MaxWigs claimed they never received it, even after I filed a claim with USPS and they found no irregularities with the return shipment. They refuse to refund my credit card. They are rude, have shady return and refund practices, and horrible customer service.
