Received my "free sample" after 10 days from the date I ordered it... For the shipping charge. I called after I found they had charged my bank account. I called the phone number and was greeted with a very rude "customer service" person, who told me they do not refund money. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold. Only to be hung up on. I called twice more only to get the same person proclaiming he was the supervisor. Again, I was told they do not give back money! I guess I should have known I was being scammed when the "customer service" person and supervisor refused to give their names! I have filed complaints with my state Better Business Bureau and the Utah Better Business Bureau and was assured that I was ot te first complaint. I just want my money back! About ready to find a lawyer for this.
