I called the number listed above because this company took $48.00 out of my checking account. I asked what they did they were very evasive. I then asked to speak to a supervisor they said no one was on duty. I then asked for them to give me their full name and the company address they refused.
This company said they refund my money but I have a feeling I won't see it because they then asked for my account information so they could process my refund. I told them no because they already had it since they took the money out of my account.
When I again asked to speak to a supervisor they said no but I could email support and that would forward me to a supervisor. I asked for a supervisor's name they said they couldn't give out that information.
I then hung up the phone and started researching the phone number and talked to the Better Business Bureau and they couldn't even find this company. The person at BBB advised me that since the persons I spoke with refused to give out information that I should contact the secret service. So any one else that has had the problems that I have had and have read about should probably call as well. Especially in todays time and stuff.
