Ripoff dishonest billing practices

I was a customer of AOL and called in to cancel my free trial and was told that I could continue for another 2 months free so I said fine. Later that month I recieved my bank statement and saw a charge for AOL and also was charged an unsufficient funds due to not expecting a charge from AOL. When I called to question the charge I was told that I was not eligible to have 2 more months free and the charge was correct.

When I was not able to get all the answers from the customer service rep I asked to speak to a supervisor and was given a hard time. When the supervisor finally got on the line he was completly rude, laughing at me sometimes and telling me that the only reason I was calling was to get credit for my non-sufficient funds. I was also told that there was no way to get a hold of the person who had told me that I could get the 2 free months. After being hung up on I got on the internet and found the person who had told me about the 2 free months with no problems. He told me he remembered but there was nothing he could do.

Does any of this sound right to anyone?

Can somebody help me get the number to somebody that I can call and put a complaint on this supervisor?
