(April 2 was the initial contract date)
I hired Orange Apple Transport to take the responsibility of initiating the delivery of my vehicle from Florida to Illinois. Order number 28224-CV.
Was assured by James Bauer, of Orange Apple that the credit card would be charged $150.00 only when my vehicle was dispatched.instead, the company immediately charged the card and continued to charge it several more times.
The company did not attempt to provide transportation and in addition to their fraudulent activities James Bauer and Orange Apple's staff ceased contact with me without any offer of refund.
It's been a month since I extended my trust as a consumer to this company, without resolution.
I would appreciate assistance in obtaining justice and obtaining a refund and release of my information/contract so that I may obtain transportation assistance from a more reputable company.
