Apple & ups now tracing my shipment of touchipod

We ordered a IPOD Touch on Jan. 25which they said would be delivered on 01/31. They then changed it to 02/01. I have been traceing this since 02/01to no avail.
Our ref.# from Apple is W480742747
Shipping # 1Z3RE437DG47945347
ordered and Billed on 01/25.
It is now 02/04 I have been tracing and trying to follow this shipment since 02/01 and now they tell be to let Apple Know that I have contacted UPS and should
contact Apple for tracing from the shipper
which is Apple
