Company promised to assign a driver to my car. I signed a contract and paid a deposit of 150.00. This was all done on Jan 30.
Over the course of 30 days, no one was assigned or dispatched to my car via Orange Apple. Once the 10 days passed per our contract, I was due a refund. I spoke to Joseph in Customer service over 10 times. I emailed as well.
He continued to tell me that my deposit would be refunded soon. The "owner" was going to do this personally. To date, I have not received my deposit. The entire operation is shut down. The website doesn't work, all the phone numbers are not working.
My next plan of action is to file a small claims suit.
