I was sent a letter from stonegate financial services, stating I was one of twenty declared winners of mega lottery held on Feb. 25 2013 conducted in UK. I was given a claim number and a check enclosed in the amount of 3,990 US dollars. Letter stated 1,995 dollars will be paid to tax agent. It said I was to call claim agent Lloyd Louis at 1-289-892-3517. I spoke with him and was told to deposit the check. He said to call him back when the money cleared and instead, my bank notified me, I was issued a check from a closed account and I was charged a 12 dollar returned item fee. The registrar's name is Lyne Wackley and the bank is Silicon Valley bank in Santa Clara, California. The envelope says HomeDepot and was postmarked from Canada.
