I received a check in the mail for the amount 3990.00 stating that I was one of the winners out of 19 for the Mega Lottery the was conducted in the UK held on December 25th. Ticket number 408662257 and the winning number 40-56-78-81-03. I was to contact my Claim agent Lloyd Lewis at 1-289-892-3517. It came in an envelope with Sears Financial. The check its self states it from CH Premier Jewelers, inc to draw from bank CATHAY BANK.
